1. Service Description
Foundry is a partnership programme operated by App Factory Dev Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We review product ideas submitted through our platform and may choose to partner with idea owners to develop and launch products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to submit a pitch through Foundry.
3. Submission Process
By submitting a pitch, you:
- Confirm the idea is your own or you have rights to share it
- Agree to the mutual NDA covering your submission
- Understand we may decline without providing detailed reasons
- Accept that submitting does not guarantee partnership
4. Intellectual Property
Your idea remains your intellectual property unless and until a formal partnership agreement is signed. We will not develop a substantially similar product based on a declined pitch.
5. Confidentiality
All submissions are treated as confidential and protected by our mutual NDA. Only authorised team members have access to pitch details.
6. Partnership Terms
If we proceed to partnership, specific terms (equity split, roles, responsibilities) will be set out in a separate Partnership Agreement. These Terms of Service govern only the submission process.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses arising from declined pitches, delays in review, or decisions not to proceed with partnership.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
