- Information about your background and contributions
- Timestamp and IP address of submission

We use your information to:
- Evaluate your pitch for partnership potential
- Contact you about your submission
- Conduct due diligence if we proceed
- Maintain records for legal purposes
4. Who Has Access
Your pitch is confidential. Only authorised App Factory team members can access your submission. We do not share your information with third parties except:
- With your consent
- To comply with legal obligations
- With advisors under confidentiality agreements (if we proceed to due diligence)
5. Data Retention
- Declined pitches: Retained for 12 months, then deleted
- Active partnerships: Retained for duration of partnership
- NDA acceptance records: Retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
